Because every item is custom-printed on demand, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Please double-check our size guides carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit. If you have any questions about sizing before you buy, or if you run into an unexpected issue with your order, please reach out - we are always here to listen and support you.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we want to make it right! Please notify us within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please use our preferred contact link or email shop@teganphillips.com with the following details:

  • Subject Line: INTERNATIONAL: CUSTOMER QUERY

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product (showing the issue clearly)

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we receive this information, we will immediately arrange for a replacement or a refund.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require a few additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us via our contact link or at shop@teganphillips.com.
